Final production

 I have finally completed my final task. It's such a fulfilling feeling to know that all of the hard work finally paid off. After a lot of trial and error, we have come up with a successful opening sequence. While editing and filming, we had to make multiple changes to see what the best result would be. After experimenting, we were able to make everything fit together with the correct plot clearly represented. Although the film had differences from the storyboard, the storyboard created a helpful guide throughout the entire filming and editing process. Even though some days couldn't work out for the actors and Sarah, we were still able to preserver through the challenges. Sarah and i held many discussions trying to improvise with certain dates and find alternate solutions if there were changes in the plan. The use of teamwork and problem solving helped us create an opening sequence that we are both satisfied with. The knowledge i've gained from this process changed my entire viewpoint on movies. Now every time i watch a movie, i know the camera angles used and what effect they bring to the film. Now i understand the common patterns in costumes and props between certain genres. I understand all of the work it takes to make an opening sequence which makes me wonder how much work it takes to make seasons of shows that have multiple episodes. I'm grateful for gaining this media experience and excited to input the knowledge ive gained into future opportunities. I joined this class knowing the impact that media has on society. This final task gave me the opportunity to contribute my personal creativity into a film that represents many aspects commonly used in media. Im excited to share this film with you and i put my knowledge to use with this entire experience.
